2. About the Opportunity:

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization''s growth by managing user access and security for multiple systems. This position ensures proper provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user accounts, which is essential for maintaining secure and efficient access across various applications and platforms.

3. Responsibilities:

• Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts for multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and enterprise applications.
• Support user administration for employees, contractors, vendors, investors, and external partners.
• Process onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and status change requests following established procedures.
• Assist with administration of company-wide and subsidiary business systems.
• Support new hire onboarding activities both remotely and in-office.
• Assist users with MFA enrollment, Microsoft Authenticator registration, password resets, and access issues.
• Maintain account records and documentation to support access reviews and audits.
• Escalate complex application, licensing, or access issues to senior team members.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID user accounts, groups, security settings, and MFA.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related mailboxes and groups.
• Handle user administration, role assignments, and access reviews for business applications.
• Administer communication and collaboration platforms such as cloud faxing and screen sharing solutions.

4. Requirements:

• Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or related IT fields.
• Experience in a ticket-driven support environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and identity management concepts.
• Knowledge of Multifactor Authentication technologies and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Understanding of security principles including least privilege and access control.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, prioritize workload, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple requests.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and identity management platforms.
• High-speed internet (Cable or Fiber) with specified minimum speeds required for remote work.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Hourly rate ranges from $24 to $31.25.
