Job Description:

• Summary:
• Strong understanding of IAM, cybersecurity controls, operational risk management, and technology governance, with excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible for driving Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls and compliance activities across the technology estate, with a strong focus on NPA remediation, MFA compliance, Service First quality controls, and operational risk management.
• The role ensures adherence to Cyber security IAM standards, supports remediation of control gaps, and provides governance oversight across incidents, problems, and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive IAM compliance activities, including access governance, NPA remediation, and account ownership validation.
• Monitor and improve MFA adoption and compliance as part of Cyber Excellence Program 2026, ensuring alignment with security policies.
• Drive and ensure ongoing Cyber and Technology control metrics are sustained at satisfactory levels.
• Analyze root cause analysis, develop and drive return to SAT plans where Cyber and Technology control metrics have adverse impacts.
• Monitor and track Service First quality controls, validating control effectiveness and remediation actions.
• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management controls, ensuring proper governance, risk assessment, and timely closure of actions.
• Identify control gaps, coordinate remediation efforts, and provide status reporting to USCB leadership.
• Partner with application owners, GTSM and USCB technology teams, IAM, and CISO functions to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Analyze the Cyber & Technology metrics, forecasted position, evidence, and reporting to demonstrate control health and compliance progress.
