- Job Title: HRIS Analyst
- Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite/Hybrid — confirm with client)
- Employment Type: Contract — 6 months
- 🔎 HRIS Analyst | 6-Month Contract | Montreal, QC
- We're hiring an HRIS Analyst to join an HR Analytics & Insights team supporting HR technology across the Americas. If you know PeopleSoft HCM inside out and love turning messy HR data into something people can actually trust read on.
- What you'll do
- Act as the SME between HR business processes and technical system capabilities
- Lead HRIS initiatives end-to-end requirements, functional design, implementation, UAT
- Provide advanced support to HR users across enterprise and in-house HR applications
- Troubleshoot complex data discrepancies and interface failures
- Build and enhance PeopleSoft queries, reports, and data integrity audits
- Manage data uploads and reconciliations between PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, and Compensation platforms
- Partner with IT on development backlog, priorities, and change communication
- What you bring
- 5–7 years of HRIS experience
- Hands-on PeopleSoft HCM (strongly preferred) developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft queries
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong software lifecycle / UAT and troubleshooting background
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and the banking industry
- Analytical and project management skills
