Human Resources Information System Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology ecosystem. This role will focus on Workday Core HCM and related modules while partnering with HR and IT teams to improve business processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver high-quality HRIS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional Workday experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Pay Range: $63/hr. to $68/hr.; The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and enhance Workday Core HCM and related modules including Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Projects, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday production issues, incidents, and system defects.
• Support HRIS operations by managing ServiceNow tickets, incident triage, and user requests.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement functional enhancements and process improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions for system and process issues.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, business process documentation, and user guides.
• Support testing activities, system upgrades, and Workday releases.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across HR systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM.
• Experience with Workday modules including Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Projects, and Reporting.
• 3+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday business process configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for incident and request management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting multiple Workday functional modules.
• Experience with Workday reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of HR operations and business process optimization.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise HR technology environments.
