Role: HRIT Analyst (Level II)
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 12 Months Contract W2
Job Summary
- Provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) to ensure data integrity, efficient system functionality, and effective reporting. Serve as a key contributor within the HRIT team by supporting system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Essential Functions
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
- Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution.
- Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
- Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
- Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors modules).
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
- Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
- Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience
- 2 4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors preferred.
- Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
