## About the Role

Procare HR is seeking an **HRIS Data Analyst \- UKG Ready** to support data accuracy, payroll operations, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This remote role combines **HRIS data analysis, payroll and timekeeping auditing, data reconciliation, and dashboard and report development**.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with **UKG Ready**, a solid understanding of **payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures**, and the ability to use data to identify issues and provide actionable insights. Procare HR supports care providers through industry-focused HR services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, workers compensation management, and general HR support.

## Key Responsibilities

  • - Audit timekeeping and payroll data for accuracy and consistency.
  • - Design and maintain informative dashboards and reports.
  • - Support data-driven decision-making across the organization through HRIS and workforce data analysis.
  • - Execute parallel payroll testing.
  • - Perform data reconciliation across payroll, timekeeping, and HR data.
  • - Analyze and work with data within **UKG Ready**.
  • - Support accurate interpretation and use of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.

## Required Qualifications

  • - **Minimum 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready.**
  • - Strong understanding of **payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures**.
  • - Hands-on experience executing **parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation**.
  • - Strong **Excel** skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree in **data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field**, or equivalent experience.
  • - Experience working with **senior living, healthcare, or hospitality workforces**.
  • - Familiarity with **union environments, shift-based pay models, and complex overtime rules**.
  • - Familiarity with **Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs)**.
  • - **UKG Ready certifications** and/or payroll certifications such as **FPC or CPP**.
  • - Experience improving **implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks**.
