About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday platform. This highly visible role will focus on improving HR systems, managing integrations, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about HR technology, system architecture, and data-driven decision-making, with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and HR system integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Workday Core HCM, including workflows, security, and system enhancements.
  • Lead Workday reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
  • Manage integrations between Workday and external platforms, including Greenhouse, Deel, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
  • Support release management, testing, system upgrades, and ongoing optimization.
  • Build and maintain data integrations using APIs and data pipelines.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of HR technology and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
  • Strong expertise with Workday Core HCM and related modules.
  • Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms such as Greenhouse and Deel is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
