Mission Produce operates in the global fresh produce industry, specializing in the sourcing, production, and distribution of Hass avocados, mangos, and blueberries. The organization addresses the challenge of providing a year-round supply of premium fresh fruit by maintaining vertical integration with five packing facilities across the U.S., Mexico, Peru, and Guatemala, sourcing from over 20 premium growing regions. Its extensive global distribution network spans North America, China, Europe, and the UK, offering value-added services such as ripening, bagging, custom packing, and logistical management.

About the Opportunity:

The HRIS ANALYST role focuses on supporting and optimizing the global Human Resources Information Systems environment, primarily managing Workday applications. This position ensures operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance within HR systems, contributing to improved employee and manager experiences. As a key contributor, the analyst collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and implements scalable solutions that support a global workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Workday HCM and related modules daily.
• Provide system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical HR system issues.
• Manage tickets, service requests, and inquiries within set service levels.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and enhance systems.
• Stay updated on Workday capabilities, industry trends, and HR technology best practices.
• Contribute to HRIS strategic planning and roadmap development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience with HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Systems.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience supporting Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple countries and time zones.
• Familiarity with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Scheduling.
• Experience with Workday implementations or major enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and workforce management.
• Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads.
• Workday certifications or advanced training.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational organizations.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Salary range: $115,696 - $144,620 per year.
