- About the Role
- The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's SAP HRIS environment. This position partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to improve system functionality, ensure data integrity, support system upgrades, and drive process improvements. The role also offers opportunities to mentor junior analysts and contribute to enterprise-level HR technology initiatives.
- Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)
- Salary: $100,000–$130,000
- Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance SAP HRIS systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to improve HRIS processes, workflows, and system performance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HRIS issues and system defects.
- Support HRIS testing, software upgrades, system implementations, and new feature deployments.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data integrity processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on system integrations and enhancement projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and technology.
- Mentor junior HRIS analysts and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and compliance with organizational standards.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably supporting SAP HR environments.
- Strong experience with HR systems, reporting, system integrations, and data management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HRIS issues.
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or major system enhancements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams.
