About the Role

• The HRIS Analyst – UKG will support the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function by managing data, automating reporting processes, and enhancing workforce analytics capabilities. This role will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency, maintain data integrity, and optimize the use of UKG systems across the organization.
• This position offers the opportunity to contribute to HR technology initiatives within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain HR reporting solutions within UKG.
• Analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support HRIS system maintenance, updates, and data management activities.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data.
• Create dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Train and support HR team members on reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify reporting and system improvement opportunities.
• Assist with HR technology projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, HRIS, or workforce data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
