APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a HRIS Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA 30363

Position: HRIS Analyst – 100% Remote

Pay Rate: $32.33/hour

Duration: 24 weeks

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET | 40 hours/week
  • (100% Remote – candidate must reside in Georgia)

MPORTANT CALL OUTS

  • Candidates must reside in Georgia and will work 100% remotely.
  • The contractor will support UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation with a planned go-live of January 24, 2027.
  • Recent hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management experience is the top priority.
  • Priority functional areas are Pay Rules/Work Rules (payroll), Integrations, and Timekeeping.
  • Primary work will include implementation support, documentation, testing/comparison activities, and go-live stabilization.
  • Some testing may be required, but this opening is no longer primarily a testing-focused role.
  • Potential overtime and weekend support may be required during implementation and go-live activities.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The contractor will join the HR Technology team to support the continued implementation and January 24, 2027, go-live of UKG Pro Workforce Management. The resource will focus primarily on implementation support, documentation, payroll/work-rule validation, integrations, timekeeping, and go-live readiness, with smaller amounts of testing as needed.

CURRENT PROJECT FOCUS

  • UKG Pro WFM integrations

  • Implementation support and issue resolution
  • Documentation and job aid development
  • Testing/comparison activities as needed
  • Go-live and stabilization support

SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Timely completion of assigned implementation tasks and project deliverables.
  • Accurate validation and support of Pay Rules, Work Rules, integrations, and timekeeping processes.
  • Timely completion of assigned documentation and job aids.
  • Accurate identification, documentation, and resolution support for system issues.
  • Timely resolution and escalation of Command Center or hypercare tickets during go-live.
  • Ability to quickly contribute to the project with minimal onboarding and ramp-up.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting a Workforce Management (WFM) or HRIS system.
  • Recent hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management or a comparable enterprise Workforce Management platform.
  • Experience supporting workforce management processes, including timekeeping and payroll-related processes.
  • Experience supporting HRIS or Workforce Management implementations, integrations, enhancements, upgrades, or production releases.
  • Experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, regression testing, or comparison testing.
  • Experience documenting testing results, defects, issues, and validated fixes.
  • Experience creating job aids, SOPs, training materials, user guides, or process documentation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • UKG Pro Workforce Management / enterprise Workforce Management systems

  • System integrations and data validation
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and comparison testing

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Ability to quickly learn project-specific processes and contribute to active implementation work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent direct experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations, integrations, upgrades, or major enhancements.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM Pay Rules, Work Rules, Timekeeping, and integrations.
  • Experience supporting payroll-related configuration and validation within UKG Pro WFM.
  • Previous go-live, hypercare, Command Center, or post-production stabilization experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • PeopleSoft HCM experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation through configuration validation, integrations, documentation, testing/comparison activities, and go-live support.
  • Support and validate Pay Rules, Work Rules, timekeeping, and payroll-related Workforce Management processes.
  • Assist with UKG Pro WFM integrations by validating data flow, identifying issues, documenting findings, and coordinating resolution with project stakeholders.
  • Execute assigned UAT, regression, system validation, and comparison testing as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios or scripts and document results, defects, and validated fixes.
  • Create and maintain job aids, SOPs, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Assist with end-user training preparation and knowledge transfer.
  • Support Command Center, hypercare, and stabilization activities during go-live, including ticket resolution, issue tracking, and escalation.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout implementation.
  • Perform reporting, data validation, audits, and quality assurance activities.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
