HR Workday Analyst

• Job Title: HR Workday Analyst (Workday Absence)
• Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
• Duration: 6-Month Contract
• Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hour on W2

• Job Description
• We are seeking an experienced HR Workday Analyst to join a high-performing HR Core Services Product team supporting Workday Absence. This individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and executive leadership to gather business requirements, configure Workday solutions, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful product releases.
• The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence, a deep understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework, and excellent communication skills to partner with technical and executive stakeholders within a large enterprise environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support the Workday Absence product team in delivering new features and enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence functionality.
• Participate in solution design and recommend best practices.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend resolutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and technical partners.
• Communicate project updates and technical solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ensure Workday configurations align with business processes and compliance requirements.
• Support production releases and post-deployment activities.

• Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence as a Workday Analyst or Lead.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday solutions.
• Experience configuring Workday Absence.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday Business Process Framework.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Chandler, AZ.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with additional Workday modules including:
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Core HCM
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations.
• Prior Workday Certification.
• Experience supporting Workday in large enterprise organizations, preferably within highly regulated industries.
• Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
