About The Role

The Human Resources System & Data Analyst at Mount Nittany Health plays a vital role in managing and optimizing the organization's human capital management systems, including Oracle Cloud and UKG WFM. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing HRIS systems to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and seamless integration across HR functions. The analyst serves as a technical liaison between HR and IT teams, providing expert guidance on system requirements, configurations, and process improvements. They support system upgrades, patches, testing, and technical projects, ensuring that HR technology aligns with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves developing reports, training users, and identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement to improve HR service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning and system optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of three years of HRIS, HR generalist, or HR specialist experience
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Systems implementation experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HCM modules (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of UKG WFM modules (preferred)
  • Understanding of Oracle's Business Process Framework and Security
  • Experience with Oracle and UKG WFM reporting and dashboard functionalities
  • Familiarity with Oracle personalization tools such as Visual Builder (a plus)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Desire to learn and develop expertise in HCM systems
  • Ability to build effective relationships with teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of human resource laws and regulations
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing, testing, and implementing HRMS upgrades or patches, collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and documentation of processes
  • Lead initiatives to integrate HRMS with other HR systems such as Kronos, Talent Management, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Provide ongoing support for HRMS issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions to improve system performance and data accuracy
  • Maintain and update HRMS tables, process flows, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Serve as a key liaison with third-party vendors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate system enhancements and projects
  • Develop, maintain, and support reports and queries to meet organizational and departmental needs
  • Ensure data integrity through regular data analysis and system audits
  • Create user procedures, guides, and training materials; conduct training sessions for new and existing system users
  • Stay informed about current trends in HRMS technology and participate in user group meetings and conferences for continuous professional development
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and policy updates to optimize HR operations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying project management principles to ensure timely delivery
  • Act as a professional representative of Mount Nittany Health, upholding organizational values and standards in all interactions
