We're seeking a curious, detail-driven HR Data Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at our downtown Greenville, SC headquarters. In this role, you'll report to the Manager, HR Data Analytics and serve as the operational foundation of our growing HR Analytics function—ensuring that workforce data is accurate, well-governed, and consistently ready to support reporting and informed decision-making across the organization.   • What You'll Do
  • The HR Data Analyst advances our HR data analytics strategy by maintaining clean, reliable workforce data and delivering meaningful insights to leaders across the organization. You'll own core reporting functions, uphold data governance standards, and serve as a trusted data partner for Finance, Payroll, and HR leadership.
  • Workforce Data Readiness & Auditing
  • Conduct ongoing audits and maintenance of HR data, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure workforce records are clean, consistent, and report-ready on a continuous basis
  • Protect the integrity of workforce data by upholding rigorous standards and addressing issues before they impact downstream reporting or decisions
  • Workforce Reporting
  • Serve as the primary administrator of budgeted and non-budgeted FTE position forecasting, ensuring headcount projections align with organizational goals
  • Oversee contingent workforce tracking to provide a complete and accurate view of total workforce capacity
  • Partner with functional leaders, Accounting, and Financial Planning to ensure accurate forecasting, reconciliation, and time allocation for contingent workers
  • Routine HR Reporting
  • Own the delivery of core recurring reports—including headcount, turnover, and vacancy tracking—providing leadership with timely, accurate data on a consistent basis
  • Data Governance & Standards
  • Uphold consistent data governance practices across HR systems, ensuring defined standards are followed and the integrity of workforce data is protected at all times
  • Proactively identify and address discrepancies before they impact reporting accuracy or business decisions
  • AI Tool Enablement
  • Support identification and testing of new opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and impact of HR data analysis and workforce reporting
  • Cross-Functional Data Partnership
  • Serve as a reliable data resource for Finance, Payroll, and HR leadership
  • Foster collaborative relationships and ensure that the information needed to support business decisions is accurate, accessible, and delivered with consistency
  • Leadership Enablement & Tool Training
  • Support leadership's ability to independently access and interpret workforce insights by providing training and guidance on dashboards, SuccessFactors Stories, and survey findings
  • Build organizational confidence in using data as a day-to-day decision-making tool
  • Develop and maintain company overview presentations that communicate workforce trends clearly and effectively
  • What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR data, systems, or reporting; workforce analytics or comparable data analysis; and performing queries, developing reports and visualizations, and producing a variety of analytic products
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SuccessFactors preferred), PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or similar data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience developing and presenting reporting and insights to all levels of the organization in a concise, clear, and timely manner
  • Familiarity with AI prompt-based tools to accelerate data analysis, automation, and reporting narratives is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of data and organizational structure, including impacts to metrics due to structural changes
  • Exceptional ability to present and communicate data, analyses, and findings at all levels
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced, complex organization
