We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Administer and maintain US retirement plans, including funding, file uploads, audits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Manage vendor relationships and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for relocation, retirement, employee recognition, and health/welfare administrators.
  • Oversee the benefits compliance calendar, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required items.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex benefit inquiries, resolving issues within program parameters.
  • Lead the integration of benefits for acquired companies into existing plans.
  • Manage Leave and ADA requests, partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure legal compliance.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least four years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee benefits and wellness programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable benefit laws and regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
