- HR Analyst
- The Role at a Glance
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support and optimize our HR technology and workforce management systems. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams by leveraging data, systems expertise, and process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall employee experience.
- The HR Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and improving HRIS and Time & Attendance systems, analyzing workforce data, supporting system implementations and enhancements, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and using data to create meaningful operational improvements across the organization.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR and timekeeping data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Help develop and validate actionable reports and dashboards to inform business decisions and optimize practices.
- System Implementation and Optimization: Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to implement, upgrade, and optimize HR and timekeeping systems. Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Lead or support projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and user experience within HR and timekeeping operations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Assess and mitigate risks associated with HR and timekeeping data and processes.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for HR and timekeeping-related projects. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and process improvements.
- Training and Support: Assist in developing training materials for users on HR and timekeeping systems and processes. Provide ongoing support and guidance to resolve system or process-related issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and other departments to align processes with broader organizational goals. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive collaborative solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR and timekeeping processes. Use data to measure the effectiveness of improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- What We're Looking For
- Must-Haves:
- Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping systems. SAP Successfactors and Dayforce preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Proven track record of gathering business requirements and working with partners to develop real solutions.
- Prior experience with stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with compliance audits and data reporting.
- Experience in food service or hospitality industries
- Where You'll Be Working
- The position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3–4 days per week in the office. Elior will be opening its Minneapolis office summer 2026, so the position will begin as remote and transition to a hybrid schedule once the office opens.
- This position is open at Elior North America’s corporate headquarters in Houston, TX, as well as at our regional hub locations in Minneapolis, MN; Pittsburgh, PA
- Compensation
- $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 annually, based on experience.
