- Hiring: Senior Project Business Analyst (Healthcare)
- 📍 Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 (Hybrid – Mostly Remote; Philadelphia area preferred for occasional onsite meetings)
- 🕒 Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
- 💲 Pay Rate: $55–$58/hour on W2
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop business cases, use cases, process flows, and project documentation.
- Support project planning, execution, testing, training, and implementation activities.
- Facilitate Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, including vendor evaluations, scoring criteria, demonstrations, and recommendations.
- Create and maintain project metrics, ROI measurements, and success reports.
- Lead requirements management, test planning, test cases, scripts, and user acceptance activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through workflow analysis, value stream mapping, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to improve project delivery and organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives and promote business analysis best practices.
- Maintain project documentation and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge).
- Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of PMBOK, change management, risk management, and project management methodologies.
- Experience supporting healthcare, research, or related business operations.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting medium-to-large projects.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience working in healthcare, research, or academic environments.
- Advanced degree in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly preferred.
