Hiring: Engagement Manager / Director - AI / Data Engineering - Media & Entertainment & Sports

• At Straive, we’re looking for a client-facing leader to own relationships and oversee delivery for our Media & Entertainment clients. You’ll be the trusted advisor to client executives, frame complex business problems, and shape AI engineering and data engineering solutions that create real value, while leading onshore–offshore teams to deliver them.
• We’re looking for someone who brings strong problem-solving across AI Engineering, deep Media & Entertainment domain expertise, and the technical credibility to guide solutions with both clients and engineering teams.

Job Location- New York, NY (Hybrid) / Greater Toronto Area

Minimum requirements:

• ✔ 4+ years driving data engineering solutions on Databricks
• ✔ 3+ years applied AI Engineering
• ✔ 5+ years managing onshore + offshore delivery teams
• ✔ 4+ years in stakeholder and account management

Required Skill:

• 5+ years of experience in Management
• 10+ years of IT Services and IT Consulting experience
• Media & Entertainment & Sports domain
• Media measurement datasets
