📍 Location: Trenton, NJ 08625
📅 Duration: 3–12 Months (Extension Possible)
🏠 Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Training Required)
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35-hour work week)
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for computer systems, applications, and end users. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Help Desk support for computer hardware, software, and application-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Assist users with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities.
• Follow established IT policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
✔ Microsoft Windows 10 support experience
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365
✔ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree (2-year college degree) or equivalent technical study preferred.
• Prior Help Desk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support experience.
Additional Information:
• Candidates must be available to work onsite during the initial training period.
• After training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule with up to 2 remote days per week.
• Training on internal procedures and systems will be provided.
• Long-term opportunity with potential extensions.
