- Job Summary
- The IT Help Desk Analyst will provide technical and customer support in a high-volume call center environment. The role involves assisting customers with DDS Online Services account creation, identity verification, address change requests, and digital license issuance while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle 65–90 customer calls per day in a fast-paced call center.
- Resolve inquiries related to DDS Online Services, identity verification, and digital licenses.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain service quality standards.
- Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of recent call center or customer service experience (within the last 7 years).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years processing driver's license transactions.
- 5+ years in a high-volume call center.
- 4+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of identity verification or credential issuance processes.
