Help Desk Analyst

• Job Role: Help Desk Analyst
• Duration: 4+ month contract
• Location: Bloomington, MN (Onsite)
• Eligibility: USC, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD, OPT EAD
• Pay Rate is $20/hr. on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline IT support for end-user incidents and service requests (in-person, phone, email, Teams).
• Perform device setup, imaging, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting for laptops and peripherals.
• Package, ship, receive and track IT equipment for remote and office-based employees.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including provisioning and recovery of equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, asset tracking and stock replenishment.
• Troubleshoot common issues relating to Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, printers and mobile devices.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues.
• Provide hands-on support for the Mall of America office, including conference room and workplace technology assistance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous Help Desk, IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management processes.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as equipment setup, packaging and shipping.
• Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) and device provisioning.
• Experience supporting hybrid work environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking and endpoint security tools.
