Key Requirements:
Hands-on Facets Systems Analyst experience in the healthcare payer domain.
Strong knowledge of Eligibility & Enrollment, Benefits, Provider Contracts, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Appeals & Grievances.
Experience with SQL and .NET (full-stack preferred).
Deep understanding of Facets architecture, data models, and process flows.
Ability to gather requirements, create functional/technical documentation, and work closely with business and technical teams.
Strong production support, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
