POSITION OVERVIEW

This leadership role sits within the Healthcare technology department and reports directly to the Director of Product Management. The incumbent will solve critical alignment and product delivery challenges by bridging business strategy and technical execution, ensuring seamless product roadmaps and robust cross-functional collaboration from concept to completion.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Collaborate with team and program levels to create, prioritize, and manage comprehensive product backlogs based on business value, customer needs, and ROI.
• • Ensure features are sufficiently refined and ready for execution with clear business and functional requirements and robust acceptance criteria.
• • Lead PI planning and execution sessions while driving cross-functional leadership across onshore-offshore delivery models.
• • Partner with business stakeholders to conduct UAT, oversee product launches, execute go-to-market plans, and identify/mitigate operational risks.
• • Leverage data-driven insights and KPIs to drive strategic product decisions while managing multiple concurrent priorities in complex web, mobile, API, and backend environments.
