Healthcare Data Analyst

• Position Summary
• We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to support healthcare enrollment and data operations for our client in Philadelphia, PA.

This role will focus on analyzing healthcare enrollment data, identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, supporting system processes, and working with both business and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing.

We are open to recent graduates and candidates with backgrounds in Data Analytics, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related fields. Healthcare enrollment or EDI experience is a plus, but EDI experience is not required.

This is a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity, with an onsite schedule Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

• Key Responsibilities
• Analyze healthcare enrollment and eligibility data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues.
• Monitor data and system processes to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Investigate data-related issues and work with business and technical teams to identify solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and preliminary testing.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
