About the Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Claims Functional Analyst to join a leading healthcare organization in Baltimore, MD. This is a 100% onsite Contract-to-Hire opportunity supporting the operations team responsible for healthcare claims analysis, validation, reporting, and benefits system updates.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze healthcare claims data from various sources, primarily Microsoft Excel.
Validate and map claims information into the organization's benefits system.
Research claims discrepancies and identify root causes.
Review, analyze, and maintain claims-related reports and data.
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Develop and execute testing procedures to validate system updates and enhancements.
Document testing results and operational processes.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide operational support by answering questions and assisting internal users.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Additional Information
Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Conversion salary: Approximately $65,900 annually
Local candidates only (within approximately 10–15 miles of Canton, MD)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
During the contract period, candidates must use their own Windows-based laptop (Mac devices are not permitted). A company laptop will be provided upon permanent hire.
Interview process consists of one to two rounds (video interview followed by onsite, or direct onsite interview).
