- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Healthcare Integrations, Provider Networks, and Pharmacy Operations to support a fast-paced and highly visible healthcare transformation initiative.
- This role sits at the center of complex provider, payer, and vendor integrations β requiring someone who can thrive in ambiguity, connect the dots quickly, and confidently interact with both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Youβll partner closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, product owners, and external healthcare vendors to drive integration stability, operational clarity, and successful data exchange initiatives.

- πΉ Partner with IT, Product Owners, and external vendors on healthcare integrations and data exchange projects
- πΉ Support provider, pharmacy, and payer integrations involving multiple external partners and systems
- πΉ Assist with:
- Integration mapping
- Data validation
- Troubleshooting workflows
- File exchange coordination
- Stakeholder communication
- πΉ Bring structure and clarity to highly matrixed and fast-moving environments
- πΉ Monitor integration workflows and proactively identify gaps, risks, and dropped handoffs between vendors and internal teams
- πΉ Communicate effectively with business leaders and executive stakeholders, including potential C-suite interactions
- πΉ Support customer service migration efforts and stabilization initiatives across complex healthcare operations

- βοΈ Experience with integration file types and payer/vendor workflows

- π‘ Exposure to healthcare claims and integration platforms
- π‘ Experience with Provider & Pharmacy ecosystems
- π‘ Understanding of UM/CM workflows
- π‘ Experience supporting payer/vendor integration environments
- π‘ Familiarity with PBM and healthcare vendor operations
