• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• 🔹 Partner with IT, Product Owners, and external vendors on healthcare integrations and data exchange projects
• 🔹 Support provider, pharmacy, and payer integrations involving multiple external partners and systems
• 🔹 Assist with:
• Integration mapping
• Data validation
• Troubleshooting workflows
• File exchange coordination
• Stakeholder communication
• 🔹 Bring structure and clarity to highly matrixed and fast-moving environments
• 🔹 Monitor integration workflows and proactively identify gaps, risks, and dropped handoffs between vendors and internal teams
• 🔹 Communicate effectively with business leaders and executive stakeholders, including potential C-suite interactions
• 🔹 Support customer service migration efforts and stabilization initiatives across complex healthcare operations
