Insight Global is seeking an experienced Epic PB Claims Analyst/Consultant to support and optimize Professional Billing operations. This role will spend approximately 50% of its time supporting PB Claims-related work, including issue resolution, configuration updates, and enhancement requests, while also driving optimization initiatives across the Professional Billing space.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic Professional Billing expertise, hold Epic PB and Epic PB Claims certifications, and have experience identifying and implementing workflow and system improvements within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support PB Claims-related activities including issue resolution, configuration changes, and enhancement requests.
Evaluate and implement optimization opportunities within Epic Professional Billing.
Work through an existing backlog of tickets, requests, and projects.
Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to improve system functionality.
Assess workflows, system configuration, and operational capacity to recommend and implement process improvements.
Drive efficiency initiatives and support workload balancing efforts.
Improve overall system performance and end-user experience.
Required Qualifications
Epic PB Certification.
Epic PB Claims Certification.
Strong understanding of Professional Billing claims workflows and issue resolution.
Experience supporting Epic Professional Billing applications.
