We're partnering with an ambitious, AI-first technology business to appoint x2 Business Analysts to join the fast-growing tech teams - a rare opportunity to lead the technical direction of a growing AI function while building the platforms, people, and processes that will power the next generation of intelligent products.

This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of AI, Product, Data, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial Strategy, helping transform ideas into intelligent products, processes, and solutions that create measurable impact.

They have the funding, the ambition and the executive backing; they now need ambitious analysts to fulfil the next exciting stage of growth.

Key Details:

• Salary & Compensation: $115,000 – $195,000 base salary + annual bonus + healthcare + executive benefits + long-term incentive potential
• Location: 5x HQs including Austin, TX, Chicago, Miami, FL, New York and Washington, DC, with hybrid working. Fully remote across the US will also be considered!
• Future Outlook: This role has been designed as a launchpad for future AI and Product leadership. As the business continues to expand its AI capability, these positions will become increasingly influential in helping determine how technology investments translate into business outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Business Analysis: Proven experience gathering requirements, analysing business processes, mapping workflows, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• AI & Emerging Technology: Genuine interest in AI, Generative AI, automation, machine learning, and how emerging technologies can improve business performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to confidently engage technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, and measurable business improvements.
• Product Collaboration: Experience working alongside Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Teams, or Technology functions.
• Data Awareness: Understanding of data, reporting, analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-making frameworks.
• Technology Exposure: Familiarity with modern software platforms, APIs, automation tools, SaaS products, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and present recommendations clearly.
• Commercial Thinking: Understanding that technology initiatives must ultimately create value for customers, users, and the wider business.
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating within a fast-moving scale-up environment where priorities evolve and opportunities emerge quickly.

Role Overview:

As an AI Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business objectives and technical delivery.

You'll work across multiple teams to identify opportunities where AI, automation, data, and technology can improve operational performance, customer experience, and commercial outcomes. You'll help shape requirements, evaluate solutions, analyse processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of AI-powered initiatives across the organisation. These will include CTO, VP of AI, Head of Data Engineering, VP of Data & Analytics, AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Software Technical Architect, Software Engineer, Product Manager, VP of Marketing, Head of Sales, and many more!
