- Market Opportunity Sizing: Estimate the addressable market for proposed initiatives and evaluate them based on potential business impact.
- Curating Targeted Outreach Lists: Use internal and external data sources to build high-value prospect lists that support go-to-market execution.
- Performance Measurement: Leverage data visualization, business intelligence, and CRM reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce) to track KPIs across product performance, outbound sales programs, and marketing activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in merging data from disparate sources across business units and technology platforms.
- Brings strong critical thinking skills and curiosity to understand evolving company priorities and market needs.
- Identifies appropriate business outcomes and connects them to go-to-market initiatives.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, is highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Collaborates effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Navigates ambiguity and makes thoughtful recommendations by identifying key assumptions and leveraging available information.
- Preferred Experience
- SaaS industry background with familiarity in key performance metrics.
- Experience using Salesforce for data and CRM reporting.
- Exposure to market sizing for product or go-to-market initiatives.
- Qualifications & Core Skills
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experienced in data preprocessing and transformation using Python, R, or SQL.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools to create pivot tables, perform lookups, and conduct data cleaning and analysis.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Management Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role; alternatively, a Master's degree in the same field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
