- Role Description The Graduate Data Engineer role at Jobrion is a full-time remote position focused on building and maintaining data solutions that support our career services platform. On a day-to-day basis, the Graduate Data Engineer will assist in designing, developing, and testing data pipelines, supporting Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, and contributing to data models that power analytics and product features. The role involves collaborating with data analysts, product teams, and software engineers to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across systems. Responsibilities include documenting data workflows, monitoring data performance, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Engineering and Extract Transform Load (ETL) to build and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to design scalable, well-structured data storage solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Analytics to interpret data, support reporting, and inform product and business decisions.
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (such as Python or Java) is beneficial.
- Understanding of cloud data platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (such as Git) is advantageous.
