- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- • 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- • Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management (Jira preferred).
- • Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks.
- Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO
- Coordinate testing across technology and business teams.
- Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments.
