Role Overview: A motivated GEOINT Deployment Analyst is responsible for supporting expeditionary operations through strategic planning, policy development, and resource management to enhance volunteer deployment programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and collaborate with team members to meet global deployment needs.
  • Assist leadership in evaluating deployment requirements and recommending personnel placement.
  • Maintain contact networks, solicit personnel for deployment, and respond to customer requests.
  • Analyze overseas requirements, identify critical skills, and help develop accurate position descriptions.
  • Prepare briefings to aid leadership in deployment decisions and communicate with deployed teams.
  • Coordinate with internal units, deployers, and commands on operational issues.
  • Manage deployment databases and schedules, providing manpower statistics for planning and funding.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years in GEOINT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and desktop publishing with professional editing skills.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the Intelligence Community.
  • Completed military GEOINT training or similar certifications.
  • Operational deployment or expeditionary support experience.

Physical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary, operate office equipment, and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
