General Superintendent - Data Center

We are partnering with a leading U.S. general contractor to identify an experienced General Superintendent to take a senior field leadership position within its growing data center construction portfolio.

The successful candidate will provide oversight and direction to project superintendents and site teams, helping ensure major mission-critical projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and guidance to Superintendents and field teams across multiple projects
• Take ownership of field execution, construction schedules and site planning
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality and overall project performance
• Work alongside project teams on MEP coordination, commissioning and successful turnover
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Executives and senior leadership
• Identify potential field and scheduling challenges early and help drive solutions

• Experience Required
• 12+ years of construction field leadership / Superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Strong track record delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly desirable
• Experience leading multiple teams, projects or large field operations
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Texas
