GenAI Business Analyst

• Job Title: GenAI Business Analyst
• Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite/week)

• Must-Have Skills
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI, IVR, Chatbots, Voicebots, or Contact Center solutions (mandatory)
• Experience supporting Generative AI/LLM initiatives
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, journey maps, and functional requirements

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Conversational AI, IVR, Chatbot, Voicebot, and GenAI projects.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and identify customer experience improvements.
• Create user stories, process flows, conversation maps, and functional specifications.
• Partner with Product Owners, UX, and development teams to deliver AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
• Support UAT, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery.
• Analyze customer journeys, conversational metrics, and recommend optimizations.

• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Amazon Lex, Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or NLX
• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, intent recognition, sentiment analysis, and conversational design
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and customer experience (CX) platforms
