Functional Business Analyst

Employment Type - W2 ONLY

• 5+ years of professional Business Analysis experience, preferably as the primary or sole BA on complex projects.
• Experience supporting high-risk, high-visibility initiatives with executive-level stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines and principles.
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Visio
• Intermediate knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines.
• Intermediate knowledge of change management principles and practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare and/or research operations, processes, and systems.
