Job Summary
STAFFXPERT is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with expertise in Clinical Demand & Supply Planning to support a Gilead project. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize planning processes, and support implementation of clinical supply planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Lead workshops and process discovery for clinical demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory, manufacturing, depot/site distribution, and returns.
Support implementation and configuration of clinical supply planning solutions (Signant SmartSupply, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, 4C, Oracle, or similar).
Define workflows, business rules, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
Develop test scenarios, support SIT/UAT/CSV activities, and ensure compliance in GxP/21 CFR Part 11 environments.
Partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to drive successful solution delivery.

Required Experience
Strong Business Analyst experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Demand & Supply Planning, or Clinical Trial Management.
Hands-on experience with Signant SmartSupply, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, 4C, Oracle, or similar planning tools.
Experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environments.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart/BPMN.
Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Understanding of Clinical Trial Operations, Protocol Design, Patient Enrollment, Randomization, IP Supply Chain, GCP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
