Functional Analyst

Senior D365 Techno-Functional Analyst | Tampa, FL (Hybrid) | Up to $150K + Bonus

A fast-growing life sciences company in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior D365 Techno-Functional Analyst to join their team during an active D365 Finance & Operations implementation.

This is a true techno-functional role with a strong lean toward functional expertise - you'll act as a trusted business partner, driving process improvements across supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, while supporting integration with Tulip MES and other enterprise systems.

What you'll bring:

• • 10+ years in IT/functional analysis, 5+ years with D365 F&O
• • 2-3 end-to-end D365 implementations
• • Strong manufacturing and supply chain module expertise
• • Proactive, consultative mindset — prior consulting experience a plus
• • Life sciences or regulated manufacturing background beneficial
