Key Responsibilities
Analyze transportation data including freight spend, carrier performance, service metrics, transit times, and capacity utilization.
Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
Generate actionable insights to improve transportation performance and support business decision-making.
Support Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) performance tracking and transportation optimization initiatives.
Monitor transportation trends, identify data quality issues, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Master Data teams, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
Maintain transportation reporting, documentation, and TMS data accuracy.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on transportation efficiency and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation analytics, operations, or business analytics.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence platforms.
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with transportation, freight, or logistics analytics.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Knowledge of domestic and international transportation operations.
Experience with process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
