POSITION OVERVIEW

This role sits within the Fraud Analytics department reporting directly to the Fraud Analytics Manager. The incumbent will solve critical business challenges related to mitigating fraud risks and optimizing transaction monitoring for FIS Retail Digital Payment Products, primarily focusing on Zelle and BillPay. Through advanced data trend analysis and rule writing, this position protects digital payment ecosystems while streamlining operational performance reporting.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Perform data and trend analysis to identify emerging fraud patterns and operational anomalies | Recommend mitigating strategies
• • Develop and write fraud strategy and transaction monitoring rules across two distinct fraud systems | Compare and evaluate system performance
• • Maintain existing fraud strategies while proactively helping to create and implement new fraud strategies
• • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fraud detection frameworks
• • Create, maintain, and deliver comprehensive team performance reporting and ad hoc data reports
