Conduct investigations to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
Verify customer identities and authenticate customer information.
Analyze account activity, orders, and transactions to detect fraud.
Review and resolve fraud alerts, escalations, and suspicious activities.
Investigate identity theft and fraudulent order cases.
Use internal and external tools to assess fraud risk and make recommendations.
Document findings and maintain accurate case records.
Collaborate with internal teams regarding customer verification and legal actions when required.
Monitor fraud trends and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with fraud prevention policies and procedures.
Support initiatives to strengthen fraud detection and prevention processes.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Fraud, Customer Service, Call Center, Risk, or Investigations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling customer interactions via phone.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Experience working in a Windows-based environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
