  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in independently analyzing data, documenting findings clearly, and communicating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement agencies. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to preventing fraud and protecting customer accounts.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer and account data to identify potential cases of financial exploitation involving vulnerable adults.
  • Contact internal colleagues as needed to gather complete information for reporting purposes.
  • Submit reports to relevant agencies via online forms, fax, or phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Document all findings clearly within the case management system and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Monitor account activity to detect and flag suspicious or fraudulent transactions and violations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to validate transaction authenticity and prevent losses.
  • Work with merchants to resolve customer service issues or fraudulent activity, maintaining detailed records of processing statistics.
  • Maintain organized case documentation and ensure data accuracy across all records.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently interpret spreadsheet data and alert notes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and interact professionally over the phone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for organizing work, updating information, and ensuring comprehensive case documentation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, balancing varying daily workloads.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to interpret data accurately and resolve data exceptions.
  • Comfort working with unwritten or generally understood instructions.
