• About the Opportunity
• The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning and decision-making across go-to-market (GTM) functions. This role develops financial models, partners with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams, and delivers insights into bookings, annual recurring revenue, pipeline performance, and operational efficiency. The position enables data-driven investment decisions and improves financial transparency to support business growth.
• Responsibilities
• • Build and maintain financial models for bookings, ARR, revenue recognition, and scenario analysis.
• • Manage department-level budget models for GTM functions, including headcount, compensation, and operating expenses.
• • Lead annual operating plan and monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
• • Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts and provide clear explanations.
• • Serve as an FP&A partner to Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
• • Collaborate with GTM leaders to evaluate investments and growth initiatives using financial and market analysis.
• • Develop and maintain GTM KPIs, including pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, payback period, NRR, and churn.
• • Standardize SaaS and GTM metric definitions and reporting.
• • Prepare monthly management reports and support executive and board-level reporting.
• • Translate financial results into clear and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• • Respond to ad hoc financial and analytical requests from senior leadership.
• Requirements
• • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and payback period.
• • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with experience working with large datasets.
• • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
• • Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
• • Interest in applying AI technologies to FP&A processes.
• Preferred Qualifications
• • Experience in VC- or PE-backed environments.
• • Experience with SaaS businesses combined with hardware or professional services revenue models.
• • Familiarity with OT/ICS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology sectors.
• • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, CRM systems such as Salesforce, or FP&A planning platforms such as Pigment.
• Pay Range and Compensation Package
• • Base pay range: $97,953–$125,588, depending on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
