FP&A Analyst IV

• Job Title: FP&A Analyst IV
• Location: Hybrid at Atlanta, GA 30305
• Duration: FTE
• Salary Range: $100k - $115k

• This is a highly technical FP&A role supporting the Georgia market's finance organization. The person will own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis while helping support planning processes in their newly implemented planning system.
• They'll partner directly with VPs and business leaders to explain financial performance, create budgets, analyze operational trends, and support strategic financial decisions.

• Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• The person will spend most of their time:
• Building annual budgets
• Monthly forecasting
• Financial modeling
• Variance analysis
• Executive reporting (VP level)
• Ad hoc financial requests
• Operational performance analysis
• Supporting planning workflows in Strata
• Creating dashboards and reports
• Working with business leaders to explain financial performance

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field and Minimum six (6) years Financial Planning & Analysis experience, or directly related business experience. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Two (2) years project management experience.
• Three (3) years experience working with advanced functions of spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel), including graphics, pivot tables, macros and/or complex formulas.
• Three (3) years health care experience.
• Two (2) years experience developing business cases.
• Master's degree finance, business, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• FP&A Certification.
