About Pareto Labs
Pareto Labs is building sovereign AI for real-world operations — AI systems that organizations can deploy, control, and optimize for mission-critical workflows.
We’re looking for exceptional Founding ML Researchers to work directly with the founding team on the core technical stack.
This is not a typical ML internship.
We want people who have gone beyond APIs and notebooks — people who have actually worked with open-source models, inference hardware, quantization, optimization, and deployment.
What You’ll Work On
Deploy and optimize open-source LLMs and multimodal models
Quantize models for faster and cheaper inference
Optimize latency, throughput, memory, and compute
Run models on GPUs and specialized inference chips
Benchmark models, hardware, and inference stacks
Work with tools such as PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, vLLM, TensorRT, llama.cpp, or similar
Turn new ML research into real production systems
Who We Want
We’re looking for people who:
Have built serious ML systems or open-source projects
Understand transformers and modern model architectures deeply
Have experience deploying or optimizing models on real hardware
Are comfortable working close to the model, systems, and hardware layers
Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and take ownership
Credentials matter less than proof of work.
