Founding Account Executive – AI & Data Platform

ON Data Staffing is partnering with an exciting early-stage AI startup that's building an innovative AI platform on Databricks, helping enterprise organisations better understand, govern, and optimise the cost and value of AI technologies such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

This isn't a typical Account Executive role.

We're looking for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to play a key role in shaping the commercial success of a fast-growing AI business.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close.
• Build pipeline in greenfield accounts and develop new opportunities from scratch.
• Run engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate business value.
• Educate enterprise customers on AI adoption, AI cost management, and ROI.
• Work closely with founders, product, engineering, and GTM teams to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the sales process to improve prospecting, account research, outreach, and productivity.

• What We're Looking For
• Proven experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
• Experience working within an early-stage startup (Seed, Series A, B or C preferred).
• A true full-cycle Account Executive who enjoys building pipeline as much as closing deals.
• Strong experience selling technical products without needing to be deeply technical.
• Comfortable running product demonstrations and engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to wear multiple hats.
• Passion for AI and how it's transforming enterprise organisations.
• Experience selling Data & AI platforms, analytics platforms, or enterprise AI solutions is highly desirable.
