Role Description This part-time remote Financial Systems Analyst role at Jasa TP Doc Indonesia | Transfer Pricing Documentation focuses on supporting and optimizing financial systems used for transfer pricing and related financial reporting. The analyst will review, maintain, and improve financial system configurations to ensure accurate data flow and reporting, collaborating with finance and accounting teams to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions. Daily tasks include analyzing system performance, troubleshooting data or process issues, performing reconciliations between system outputs and financial records, and documenting system changes and procedures. The role will also support periodic reporting, assist in implementing new financial tools or modules, test system enhancements, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Financial Systems with hands-on experience in system configuration, maintenance, and user support.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Systems Analysis capabilities to interpret financial data, diagnose issues, and propose effective solutions.
Solid understanding of Finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Working knowledge of Accounting concepts, reconciliations, and the relationship between accounting entries and system outputs.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and collaborate across remote teams.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant professional certifications or experience in transfer pricing or tax are an advantage.
