Role: Senior Business Analyst – Financial Supply Chain
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Onsite- 4 days a week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Financial Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading business analysis activities for complex transformation initiatives, particularly involving business separation, carve-out, and divestiture programs. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, supply chain organizations, and IT teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of business separation activities.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Financial Supply Chain processes.
Proven experience in business carve-out, divestiture, or business separation projects, including planning and execution of operational and financial separation activities.
Strong understanding of the financial impact of separating business operations, including:
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Inventory valuation
Intercompany transactions
Shared services separation
Financial reporting implications
Good knowledge of Supply Chain business processes, including procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and demand planning.
Ability to assess current business processes, identify dependencies, perform impact analysis, and define future-state processes for the separated organization.
Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, gap analysis, and business process improvements.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and driving consensus across multiple business functions.
Experience supporting data migration, master data separation, business process transition, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during ERP transformation or carve-out initiatives.
Solid understanding of ERP systems, with hands-on functional knowledge of SAP (ECC/S/4HANA) or JD Edwards (JDE). Experience working on ERP implementation, migration, or separation projects is highly desirable.
Ability to identify project risks, business impacts, and mitigation strategies related to financial and supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable functional solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced consulting environment with minimal supervision.
Experience working in large, global organizations, preferably in bio pharma industry.
