Location:
Conduct primary research from industry sources.
Market research, valuation and data analysis and interpretation of financial reports.
Recommend changes and improvements based on research findings.
Develop and write research reports and publications to be presented to management.
Coordination with investee companies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Accountable and committed to team goals.
Performing ad hoc reporting, agreements and analysis and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have a reliable internet connection at home, including a backup for power outages. Additionally, they should possess a personal laptop for work purposes.It is crucial that the candidates are self-motivated and comfortable working from home (WFH). Any work gaps should not exceed 2-3 months.
CFAs are preferred, although candidates with a Master’s Degree are accepted as well.
Ability to communicate effectively and express complex ideas succinctly.
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
experience in the research of the US/Global Equities market is an asset.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word is required.
2+ years of experience in the same field.
