• Advanced Financial Analysis and Reporting: Skilled in analyzing, interpreting, and validating complex financial data to produce timely and accurate reports that support compliance and decision-making
• 2. Problem Solving: Ability to recognize and report discrepancies in financial information and follow guidance to support resolution.
• 3. Effective Communication: Skilled in clearly articulating, verbally and/or in writing, complex financial concepts and analysis to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, preparing audit schedules, drafting technical documentation, and contributing to the development of financial policies, reports, and written procedures.
• 4. Change Management: Strong leadership skills, capable of supporting or leading finance-related projects, implementing new GASB standards, and documenting business process changes with attention to audit trails.
