External SEC Reporting Analyst | Public Company Reporting | High Visibility Role

• Position Overview
• Join a global industry leader as an External SEC Reporting Analyst supporting the Accounting Policy & SEC Reporting function. This position offers direct exposure to external financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting matters, investor relations support, and ESG reporting initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities
• • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote disclosures
• • Monitor new accounting and disclosure standards and assess reporting impacts
• • Perform benchmarking and analysis of peer company disclosures
• • Support earnings releases and non-GAAP reporting initiatives
• • Assist with Workiva reporting processes and XBRL tagging
• • Support SOX compliance and maintain key external reporting controls
• • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities and financial analysis

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• • CPA required
• • 4+ years of public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience
• • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
